Swim time

A couple days a week we go over to Tuttle pool to swim. If you live in Columbus and you havent been there, you should go! Its not some cool fancy pool but there is a fun fountain area, a small kiddie pool, and a fun waterfall thing. The best part is that this summer its free! I am not sure why it is free but who cares? =)

Grandma giving Noah a little swim lesson.

Noah is such a fish! Ever since he was a baby he has absolutely loved the water, he would stay there and swim all day if he could!
Eli on the other hand prefers the fountains and the little wading pool, he is not a big fan of getting in the big pool.

This is my cute little sister mollie, she is a life guard at the pool.
I love summer =)

I went to the doctors yesterday for my monthly baby visit, and when I was done I set my appointment for the BIG ultrasound! So in 2 weeks on July 24th I will find out if I get to have ANOTHER little BOY or if I will have a sweet baby GIRL. I am so excited I can't wait!!
So for fun I set up a poll on the side of my page to see what you all think it might be, so vote =)
Yay for babies =)

Our 4th of July fun!

We spent the morning at the Upper Arlington parade. It was a rainy gloomy morning but at least it wasnt too hot. I was not going to let the rain bring us down and ruin our day! I was so mad that I forgot to bring my camera to the parade, so I only took a couple photos with my phone. The kids were great and loved watching the entire parade.

Later in the day we had my parents, sister, and some friends over to barbecue. I was so happy that is stopped raining just in time for the barbecue and it did not rain at all for the rest of the night!
Notice the cute shorts the boys are wearing, I just learned how to sew and I am so excited about it! I made these cute shorts for them =) GO ME!! We had some soccer, horse shoes and scrabble going on.

Even Cute Miley found
some entertainment =)

Then later we pulled out some fireworks to play with while we were waiting to go to the Upper Arlingtons firework show. The kids thought it was great they got to stay up so late to go see the fireworks =) I was not sure how Eli would react to the loudness of it all, but he did not care at all. We all enjoyed the fireworks at the end of the night.

Although I was feeling a bit homesick for family and friends in Utah and the regular traditions I am used to. I am sooooo thankful that I have some family here and for the friends we have made here. Who knows how long we will be here in Ohio but as long as we are here I will have to make our own new traditions, and this barbecue we had had will definately have to be an annual event. We all had a really fun day! =)

Fun at the fountains

We were just introduced to this fun water fountain park. I think its called Rabbit hill park. The kids had so much fun playing in the water with some friends. We will definately be making more trips there =) Eli found a little girlfriend =)
To much fun!

Summer Festival

A little over a week ago there was a little summer festival over at the park by my moms house. We had a fun time getting face paintings, doing a couple kid crafts, eating snowcones and cotton candy. Later in the evening we had dinner in the park and kenta won some brownies in the cake walk, he was a little excited =) It was a fun time with friends and family.
My mom was doing the face painting =) Noah and his buddy Dash
